Log into your dashboard using the user name and password you specified when setting up your account. Once logged in, you can specify which online review platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) you want to offer your customers to write reviews when they recieve the message. If you currently don't have an online profile for your business, you will need to sign up for one or contact us to assist in setting up your listing(s).
Enter the customers you want to send review invitations to. This can be done manually or, for a large customer list, you can upload an Excel spreadsheet and send the reqests to everyone on the spreadsheet.
