ReviewTurbo is a simple program that allows you to automatically reach out to every customer by text and email and invite them to post a review about your business. This may sound "too easy," but you'll be surprised how many customers will leave a review simply because you give them an easy way to do so. The message they receive will show the "Leave Review" button which will take them directly to the review form on the platform of their choice. ReviewTurbo supports all online review sites including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and hundreds more.

How Does ReviewTurbo Work?

We take pride in offering the easiest and most automated way to send review requests to your customers. Our simple-to-use interface allows you to specify the review platform options you want to offer your customers. The most popular are Google and Facebook. However, our platform can support all other review sites. Once you've set up your dashboard (approximately 5-minute setup), you can start using your dashboard to send review requests to your customers by text, email, or both. Customer information can be entered manually or by uploading a spreadsheet. If your business does not collect phone numbers or email addresses from customers, no problem. ReviewTurbo can still generate hundreds of reviews for your business. We will create a QR code for you to present to your customers. This can be done by posting it in your store or restaurant, print it on your marketing materials or sales receipts, or just handing a card to each customer. A simple message like "please scan this QR code to leave us a review" is all it takes to instantly start boosting your reviews.

  • Step 1 - Sign up for your ReviewTurbo account. 

     

    This process is fast and easy. We only require basic information that is necessary to provide you with a unique user name and password to access the interface.

    The interface is very user-friendly. However, if you need any assistance with the sign up process, just give us a call and we'll walk you through it or set it up for you.

  • Step 2 - Log Into Your Account

    Log into your dashboard using the user name and password you specified when setting up your account. Once logged in, you can specify which online review platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) you want to offer your customers to write reviews when they recieve the message. If you currently don't have an online profile for your business, you will need to sign up for one or contact us to assist in setting up your listing(s).

  • Step 3 - Send Review Requests to Your Customers

    Enter the customers you want to send review invitations to. This can be done manually or, for a large customer list, you can upload an Excel spreadsheet and send the reqests to everyone on the spreadsheet. Once you've entered your customer information, simply click the "Send Requests" button to deploy review requests to every customer on your list. Then, just watch the reviews start flowing in!

    After sending to your initial customer list, we recommend sending review requests to new customers every day (or as frequently as possible.) We've found that customers are most likely to post a review when requested very soon after the service is performed. 

  • Step 4 (Optional) - Request QR Code for Your Business

    Request a QR code that links your customers directly to your review posting page when they scan it. We will set this up for you for free and send you the QR code to display. You can post this QR code on placards throughout your store or restaurant and/or use it on printed materials such as receipts, coupons, mailers, and business cards.
